To receive payments through XTRM, you must have a personal XTRM account. There are two primary ways an account can be created:

1. Self-Registration

You can create your own personal account by visiting xtrm.com and completing the registration process.

2. Account Created by a Remitter

A secure personal account may also be created for you by the remitter (sender) of payments. This can occur in one of the following ways:

  • Via a third-party application registration

  • Through Single Sign-On (SSO) to a third-party platform integrated with XTRM

  • Using a branded sign-up page provided by the third party issuing the payment


Each XTRM account must be associated with a unique email address. You cannot create or use multiple XTRM accounts under the same email.
