Prepaid Virtual VISA is a global payment method that avoids the need for any plastic card distribution by sending the recipient an email with a link to a virtual image of a card complete with 16 digit number, expiry date and 3 digit code. This can be to anyone anywhere in the world.


If you received a payment to your XTRM AnyPay account and want to transfer to a prepaid virtual Visa or MasterCard. 

 

1) Login to XTRM and click on the 'Transfer' button

2) Select Prepaid Virtual Visa from the drop list.


You can send it to yourself or to a colleague, friend or family member. Anyone with an email address. Enter the transfer amount.

3) Look our for an email with further instructions


Your Prepaid Visa Reward Promocode will arrive by email.  You will have 4 months to redeem your Promocode for a Visa Virtual Account.  Once accessed, you'll have 7 months to use your account wherever Visa Debit is accepted online or over the phone.  Or, choose a Physical Visa Prepaid Card, to be mailed to you (USD $3.00 shipping and handling fee will apply).  Please note that some merchants may choose not to accept out of country currency at their own discretion.  If this occurs, pay for your purchase by another payment method and use your Visa Virtual Account at a different merchant.  Also note that a 2% Non-U.S. Currency Transaction fee will be applied if the merchant settles in a currency other than USD.  Card is issued by the Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Redemption Flow


 Step 1: Delivery 

Recipient’s will typically receive a Redemption Link and Digital Token in an email to access their reward. The Redemption Link provides direct access to the reward, while the Digital Token can be used for delivery in less common methods, such as digital prints, or when users are logged out due to inactivity before they complete the redemption process. 







Step 2: Card Selection 

Recipients can choose to receive a Virtual product that will be available instantly, or a Physical product, that will be delivered by mail. Typically, there is a fee to receive a physical product, and will be clearly identified to inform the recipient before they choose and complete the process. 





Step 3: Card Profile 

Some basic information, including your name, address, and email will be needed to complete the redemption process. Recipients will be presented with this screen upon clicking the Redemption Link they received. 




Step 4: Review and Confirm 

Before finalizing their selection, recipients will have a chance to review their choice and, if a physical product was selected, confirm that the shipping address is accurate. 




Step 5: Order Summary 

Upon completion recipients who selected a Virtual product will be presented the card for immediate use. For physical product recipients, the card will not be available until it arrives by mail. 




Step 6: Create (New Users) or Add (Existing Users) Card to Wallet 

First-time recipients can choose to Create a Wallet to store current and future rewards they receive. Users with a previously existing Wallet can add it to their account. 




Email Confirmation: 

Once complete, all reward recipients will be sent a summary email as a confirmation of their order.
